Evaluation:

Shortlisting:
Finalists are announced and featured across our regional media partner platforms to showcase their leadership in the East African market.

Awards Gala:
Winners are unveiled at the prestigious E.R.A 2026 ceremony, providing a high-level networking platform for the region’s elite property players.
